1. Who is ridaya.qa?
ridaya.qa is a trademark of RIDAYA TRADING WLL, a company based in Qatar.
The domain name www.ridaya.qa is owned by RIDAYA TRADING WLL.
In this document, we refer to ourselves as “ridaya.qa”, “we”, “us”, or “our”, and we
refer to you as “you”, “your”, or “Customer”.
We refer to “Merchant” as “stores” or “retailers.”
What does ridaya.qa do?
We are an online platform for smartphones, accessories, and other electronic
products across Qatar, and we are the provider of the Services.
The Services are made up of the following:
- Online Shopping: Communicating information to you about smartphones,
accessories, and other electronic products available at stores, and allowing you to
shop through our online portal. Orders through call/WhatsApp have limited access.
- Delivery: Products purchased on our platform will be delivered to the address
specified in your Registration or Order.
- Delivery timeframe: Products are typically delivered within 1–3 days depending on
the order slip details. Delivery times are estimates only and delays may occur. If
delivery is delayed, ridaya.qa will inform you accordingly.
- Deemed receipt: If you do not receive your Product by the projected delivery date,
you must immediately inform ridaya.qa customer care.
- Customer’s failure to take delivery: If the Customer fails to take delivery of
Products (other than for reasons beyond their reasonable control), ridaya.qa
reserves the right to cancel the order.
Agreement: We may update these Terms at any time, and changes will be posted
online.
The Agreement exists between you and us from the time you use our Services until
you stop using them and notify us (by post or email at support@ridaya.qa) that you
no longer wish to be bound. Continued use indicates acceptance of the updated
Agreement.
Scope of Use: ridaya.qa is for non-commercial, personal use only. You may access
our website/app through standard browsers but not through automated tools
(robots, spiders, scrapers, etc.). Public search engines may index our content for
searchable indices.
Place restrictions: ridaya.qa is directed solely to users in Qatar. We do not warrant
availability or suitability outside Qatar.
Age restrictions: You must be 18+ with valid Visa/QID to order.
Prevention on use: We reserve the right to prevent you from using the platform at
any time for any reason.
2. Account
- Registration: Some services may require account registration. Guest checkout is
allowed but with limited access.
- How to Register: You must provide your name, postcode, email, and other details.
Correct details are your responsibility.
- Passwords: You are responsible for keeping your password secure. We are not
liable for misuse due to disclosure.
- Valid email: Accounts must be registered with a valid personal email address.
Invalid/temporary emails may lead to closure.
- Emails: ridaya.qa may send administrative and promotional emails. You can opt-
out of promotional emails at any time.
3. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall ridaya.qa (including officers, directors, employees, agents,
partners, licensors, and logistics) be liable for any indirect, incidental, special,
punitive, or consequential damages, including but not limited to:
- loss of data, programs, or content,
- service interruptions,
- procurement of substitute services,
- physical damages, injury, or emotional distress.
This applies to the maximum extent permitted by law.
4. Rules of ridaya.qa Usage
- Errors and omissions: We will correct errors as soon as possible after being
notified.
- Stop/Block Access: ridaya.qa may block or remove content violating these Terms
and may close accounts for violations.
- Multiple Accounts: Multiple accounts are not allowed. Misuse may result in action
across all accounts.
- Technology: We do not guarantee compatibility with all browsers, devices, or
operating systems.
- Withdrawal: We may withdraw information or features at any time.
5. Suspension & Termination
- Accounts may be suspended or terminated for violations.
- We will cooperate with law enforcement as required.
6. Payment
ridaya.qa accepts only online payments.
7. Data Protection
Please see our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect, use, and protect your
information.
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify ridaya.qa and its officers, directors, employees, and agents
against any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your misuse of the Services or
breach of these Terms.
9. Questions & Complaints
If you have any questions or complaints, please contact ridaya.qa via the “Contact
Us” page. We will liaise with Merchants on your behalf.
10. Cancellation of Transactions/Orders
Orders may be cancelled by the Seller (or through ridaya.qa) due to product
unavailability, quantity errors, or incorrect pricing. Seller may request additional
verification before processing orders.
11. Return Policy for Products Within Qatar
The ridaya.qa Return Policy applies within Qatar.
- Products can be returned if defective, damaged, missing parts, or not as described.
- Refund/replacement is subject to verification.
- Some products (non-returnable items, buyer’s remorse, opened packages, etc.) are
not eligible.
- 7-day money-back guarantee applies if the product is unused, sealed, and in re-
sellable condition. Delivery and transaction charges will be deducted.
- Refunds will be processed only in Qatari Riyals.
12. Warranties
- We are not responsible for warranty terms, product delivery, refunds, or
cancellations; these are the Seller’s responsibility.
- ridaya.qa does not guarantee pricing accuracy. Any error in pricing is the Seller’s
responsibility.
- ridaya.qa assumes no liability for product unavailability or delivery delays caused
by Sellers.
13. Delivery Conditions
- Free delivery within Doha.
- Deliveries outside Doha up to 20km from our warehouse are free.
- For deliveries beyond 20km(Up to 30km), an additional QAR 15 applies. For
deliveries beyond 30km(up to 50km), an additional QAR 30 applies. Above 50km an
additional QAR 60 applies
